Do you frequently encounter swings in your frame of mind owing to something exasperating? And does this encounter makes you feel incapable to govern your own-self and ruins your whole day? But have you ever wondered that why these triggers impact you so much? Let me relate to all of you and share my experience.

The situations that trigger such unpleasant reactions from us tear apart our relationships and oblige us to feel remorseful about our actions. And if these situations are let go unsolved, they cause serious hurdles in one’s own growth. But what if you can let these triggers escort you from unnecessary troubles?

I recently joined the Personal Intelligence Course from Zenith School of Leadership . The first step I learnt to conquer all these situations was to become self-aware and identify all my trigger traps and NOT let myself fall into the pot-hole of foolishness over and over. But mind that you will constantly face these triggers in your environment. And the same happened with me recently. I had so much frustration piled up inside me that a simple situation triggered me and I streamed off at large. But while I was venting out my emotions, I was telling myself to ‘STOP’ and calmly confront the person who was unfortunately dealing with my inner demon. The aftermath was very displeasing but I introspected myself and found that my Ego was the major reason of this trigger and it prevented me to rationally make any decisions .These situations have happened so many times before that my Brain has already automated my reaction! But this time, I made sure to learn from this experience and this simple trigger helped me realize so much about my self-centered behavior. So, learn from these unfavorable triggers and command your own-self!
